    Insurance Agent

    Jill has been with the agency since October of 1994. She is proud to continue her family business. She enjoys working with clients on their best and worst days. Jill enjoys spending time with her husband, two kids, their dog Lucy, two cats, and two ferrets! The family enjoys going camping around the state of Michigan.

    Marion Stephens

    Executive Assistant

    Marion started the Stephens Family Insurance Agency in June of 1990. She is a valued licensed member of the group and is proud to see her daughter Jill taking over and expanding the agency.  She enjoys spending time with her two children, four grandkids, and five cats!

    Executive Assistant

    Jessica is a licensed executive assistant and has been with us since 1995. She and her husband Mike love spending time with their golden retriever and visiting the upper peninsula. In the fall on Sundays, you can find Jessica cheering on the Green Bay Packers!

    Executive Assistant

    Carly is our licensed executive assistant at our Honor location. She has been with us since 2005 and is a great asset to our team. Carly loves her job because every day she is doing something different to help serve our clients. When not at the office you can find Carly on the water enjoying the outdoors!

    Customer Service Representative

    Gwen is a licensed customer service representative that has been with us since 1992. She enjoys meeting new people and helping customers make changes to their insurance needs. When she is not at work you can find her on the sand dunes or cheering on the Spartans!

    Kendra is a licensed customer service representative that has been with us since 2023. She is excited to come to work every day to help the people within her community. While not at work you can find Kendra with her golden retrievers Captin and Remi!
